2 Samuel 20:15

SV	En zij kwamen en belegerden hem in Abel Beth-maacha, en zij wierpen een wal op tegen de stad, dat hij aan den buitenmuur stond; en al het volk, dat met Joab was, verdorven den muur, om dien neder te vellen.
WLC	וַיָּבֹ֜אוּ וַיָּצֻ֣רוּ עָלָ֗יו בְּאָבֵ֙לָה֙ בֵּ֣ית הַֽמַּעֲכָ֔ה וַיִּשְׁפְּכ֤וּ סֹֽלְלָה֙ אֶל־הָעִ֔יר וַֽתַּעֲמֹ֖ד בַּחֵ֑ל וְכָל־הָעָם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אֶת־יֹואָ֔ב מַשְׁחִיתִ֖ם לְהַפִּ֥יל הַחֹומָֽה׃
Trans.	wayyāḇō’û wayyāṣurû ‘ālāyw bə’āḇēlâ bêṯ hamm^a‘ăḵâ wayyišəpəḵû sōləlâ ’el-hā‘îr wat^a‘ămōḏ b^aḥēl wəḵāl-hā‘ām ’ăšer ’eṯ-ywō’āḇ mašəḥîṯim ləhapîl h^aḥwōmâ:

AC	טו ויבאו ויצרו עליו באבלה בית המעכה וישפכו סללה אל העיר ותעמד בחל וכל העם אשר את יואב משחיתם להפיל החומה
ASV	And they came and besieged him in Abel of Beth-maacah, and they cast up a mound against the city, and it stood against the rampart; and all the people that were with Joab battered the wall, to throw it down.
BE	And Joab and his men got him shut up in Abel of Beth-maacah, and put up an earthwork against the town: and all Joab's men did their best to get the wall broken down.
Darby	And they came and besieged him in Abel-Beth-Maacah, and they cast up a bank against the city, and it was raised in the trench; and all the people that were with Joab sapped the wall, to throw it down.
ELB05	Und sie kamen und belagerten ihn in Abel-Beth-Maaka, und sie schütteten einen Wall gegen die Stadt auf, so daß derselbe an der Vormauer stand; und alles Volk, das mit Joab war, unterwühlte die Mauer, um sie zu stürzen.
LSG	Ils vinrent assiéger Schéba dans Abel-Beth-Maaca, et ils élevèrent contre la ville une terrasse qui atteignait le rempart. Tout le peuple qui était avec Joab sapait la muraille pour la faire tomber.
Sch	Jene aber kamen und belagerten ihn zu Abel-Beth-Maacha, und sie warfen einen Wall um die Stadt bis an die Mauern hin. Und alles Volk, das mit Joab war, stürmte und wollte die Mauer niederwerfen.
